Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups idli batter(rice urad dal)
  • 1/2 tbsp green peas
  • 3-4 nos green chilies
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 nos carrot

Directions

  • Chop all the veges finely
  • Mix all veges in the fermented batter
  • Add salt in it
  • Heat appe pan
  • Grease it with oil
  • Crackle musturd seeds
  • Fill in the batter with the help of a spoon
  • Cook it from one side for 3-4 minutes
  • Then turn it on the other side and cook on other side too for 3-4 minutes
