Spinach Cheese Balls

Description

Spinach cheese balls are crisp from outside and creamy and cheesy from inside. Serve these cheese balls with tomato ketchup or hot chiily sauce.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups spinach puree


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups grated mozarella cheese


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 1/4 tsp grated garlic


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion

Directions

  • In a bowl take spinach puree, bread crumbs, cornflour and salt. Mix it well and form a smooth dough.
  • In another bowl take grated mozzaeella cheese, finely chopped onion, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes and salt. Mix everything well and make small balls of it.
  • Now grease your hand with some oil and take a portion of the spinach dough and pat it to small disc. Place one mozzarella cheese ball on it.
  • Cover the cheese ball from all sides and similarly prepare all of them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spinach cheese balls till golden brown from all sides.
  • Take out on a tissue paper and serve hot with ketchup!
