Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Spinach Puree 1/2 cups

  • Bread Crumbs 1 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Grated Mozarella Cheese 1/2 cups

  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Grated Garlic 1/4 tsp

  • Finely Chopped Onion 2 tbsp

Directions

    In a bowl take spinach puree, bread crumbs, cornflour and salt. Mix it well and form a smooth dough.

    In another bowl take grated mozzaeella cheese, finely chopped onion, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes and salt. Mix everything well and make small balls of it.

    Now grease your hand with some oil and take a portion of the spinach dough and pat it to small disc. Place one mozzarella cheese ball on it.

    Cover the cheese ball from all sides and similarly prepare all of them.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spinach cheese balls till golden brown from all sides.

    Take out on a tissue paper and serve hot with ketchup!
