Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tbsp sauf


  • 1 tbsp almonds


  • 1 pinch saffron


  • 1 tbsp watermelon nuts


  • 1/2 tbsp khaskhas


  • 1/2 cups rose leaves


  • 1 tsp elaichi

Directions

  • Boil the milk and wait till it gets cool down.
  • Mean while the mention in ingredient.(sauf,almonds,khaskhas,elaichi,watermelon nuts,rose leaves)put it in water.
  • Make paste of this wet ingredient and the mix some water in this paste and drain the paste
  • with cotton cloth.
  • Keep the drained water in a bowl and add sugar mix it well.
  • After it mixed this prepared paste with milk.
  • Serve chilled.
