Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cups khoya


  • 2 tbsp grated coconut


  • 1 cups sugar syrup


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp gulkand


  • 2-5 nos chopped cashewnuts and almonds


  • 3 nos parwal

Directions

  • To make the stuffing roast the khoya on medium heat till it becomes soft.add half sugar and continue to roast.
  • In another pan boil the remaining sugar with one cup water to make a thin sugar syrup.
  • Take it off the heat and add almonds and cashew and khoya, grated coconut ,gulkand mix well.
  • Transfer a mixture to a plate and cool.
  • Heat water in a deep pan and the parwal boil for 2-5 min.
  • Drain and put them in the sugar syrup and let them cool till they soften.
  • Drain and cool. stuff them with the khoya mix.
  • Serve cold.
