Ingredients

500 gms boneless chicken
1 nos onion,big ,sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp mint leaves,few chopped
1/2 tsp salt,as per taste
2 tbsp oil
Directions
Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric powder and 1 tsp pepper powder.
Keep Aside For At Least Half An Hour. Cook This Marinated Chicken In A Cooker With Little Water For 2 Whistles
After The Pressure Has Gone, Open Cooker And Take Each Piece Of Chicken And Shred Them.
Keep The Shredded Chicken Aside. Heat Oil In A Tawa, Saute Onions Till Golden Brown.
Add Salt, Tomato Sauce And Remaining Pepper Powder And Saute Well For A Minute.
Add The Shredded Chicken And Mix Well. Stir For A Few Minutes.
