Pepper Chicken Stir Fry

Description

It's really a simple dish, not much hard work required. Try it out as a side dish to rice or rotis. Can also be used as a filling for any snacks or as topping for pizzas.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms boneless chicken


  • 1 nos onion,big ,sliced


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp mint leaves,few chopped


  • 1/2 tsp salt,as per taste


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric powder and 1 tsp pepper powder.
  • Keep Aside For At Least Half An Hour. Cook This Marinated Chicken In A Cooker With Little Water For 2 Whistles
  • After The Pressure Has Gone, Open Cooker And Take Each Piece Of Chicken And Shred Them.
  • Keep The Shredded Chicken Aside. Heat Oil In A Tawa, Saute Onions Till Golden Brown.
  • Add Salt, Tomato Sauce And Remaining Pepper Powder And Saute Well For A Minute.
  • Add The Shredded Chicken And Mix Well. Stir For A Few Minutes.
  • Add Chopped Mint Leaves And Switch Off Flame.
