Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 cups cashews


  • 1 cups almonds


  • 1 cups melon seeds/magajtari


  • 1/2 cups pista


  • 2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/2 tsp jaiphal/nutmeg


  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  • 20-25 nos saffron/kesar strands

Directions

  • Prepare all ingredients and if you keep your dryfruits in fridge let them come to room temperature.
  • Roast all dry fruits.
  • Let the dryfruits cool in a plate.Add kesar.
  • Take cardamom,nutmeg and black pepper in a mixer jar and grind.
  • Add roasted dry fruits and pulse and grind.Do not grind continuously as the nuts will release oil.
  • The milk masala is ready.You can sieve it if you wish or just fill in an airtight bottle and refrigerate.
  • When you wish to drink masala milk just add a big spoon of this powder and boil the milk.
