Ingredients

  • Cashews 1 cups

  • Almonds 1 cups

  • Melon Seeds/Magajtari 1 cups

  • Pista 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom Powder 2 tsp

  • Jaiphal/Nutmeg 1/2 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tbsp

  • Saffron/Kesar strands 20-25 nos

Directions

    Prepare all ingredients and if you keep your dryfruits in fridge let them come to room temperature.

    Roast all dry fruits.

    Let the dryfruits cool in a plate.Add kesar.

  • 04

    Take cardamom,nutmeg and black pepper in a mixer jar and grind.

    Add roasted dry fruits and pulse and grind.Do not grind continuously as the nuts will release oil.

    The milk masala is ready.You can sieve it if you wish or just fill in an airtight bottle and refrigerate.

    When you wish to drink masala milk just add a big spoon of this powder and boil the milk.
