Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 8 nos brown / white bread


  • 1/2 cups cucumber,finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato,medium sized finely chopped


  • 1 nos onion,medium sized finely chopped


  • 3/4 cups cheese cubes,grated


  • 1 nos green chilly,to taste,finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise(optional)


  • 2 tbsp butter / ghee / oil-for shallow frying


  • 1 tsp salty -to taste


  • 1 nos knorr's hot n sour veg soup packet

Directions

  • Take a large bowl. Mix chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, green chilly, pepper powder, cheese and salt together. Keep aside.
  • Cut bread's sides from a knife. Spread mayonnaise / butter as per your choice, on breads.
  • Take a piece of bread, put stuffing mixture on it and cover up with another bread. Press it lightly. Repeat this process on rest of pieces.
  • Heat a heavy bottom pan on high flame then reduce flame on low heat.
  • Put little ghee / butter / vegetable oil on the pan. Place a pair of sandwiches on it. Shallow fry them both of sides till light brown on medium heat.
  • Repeat this process on rest of sandwiches.
  • Cut into 2 pieces. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
