Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Brown / White Bread 8 nos

  • Cucumber,finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • Tomato,medium sized finely chopped 1 nos

  • Onion,medium sized finely chopped 1 nos

  • Cheese Cubes,grated 3/4 cups

  • Green Chilly,to taste,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Mayonnaise(optional) 1/4 cups

  • Butter / Ghee / Oil-for shallow frying 2 tbsp

  • Salty -to taste 1 tsp

  • Knorr's Hot n Sour Veg Soup Packet 1 nos

Directions

    Take a large bowl. Mix chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, coriander leaves, green chilly, pepper powder, cheese and salt together. Keep aside.

    Cut bread's sides from a knife. Spread mayonnaise / butter as per your choice, on breads.

    Take a piece of bread, put stuffing mixture on it and cover up with another bread. Press it lightly. Repeat this process on rest of pieces.

    Heat a heavy bottom pan on high flame then reduce flame on low heat.

    Put little ghee / butter / vegetable oil on the pan. Place a pair of sandwiches on it. Shallow fry them both of sides till light brown on medium heat.

    Repeat this process on rest of sandwiches.

    Cut into 2 pieces. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
