Take a pan and keep it on medium flame. Add in the oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste.
Mix in the red chili powder, fennel powder, amchur powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Stir well to make the paste.
Add the mashed potatoes and green peas. Sprinkle some salt and mix it all well to make the filling.
Take a handful of the mixture and shape the filling into a pattice. Coat the pattice in crushed papad to give it a crunchy texture.
Shallow fry the pattice till they turn golden brown.
Take a heated pan add butter, garam masala, and coriander. Toss the pav in it to give it some flavor. Add in some tomatoes, onions, and cucumber if preferred.
Yummy samosa pattice pav is ready to be served.
