Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 3 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes


  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste


  • 1 cups water,as needed


  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp chaat maslaa,to taste

Directions

  • Cut paneer into slices.
  • Now sprinkle 1 tablespoon cornflour on sliced paneer. Add chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt to paneer and mix it well.
  • Take 3 tablespoons cornflour in a small bowl. Add salt and water to make a thin batter.
  • Coat paneer in cornflour batter and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry the paneer in a pan or kadhai.
  • Garnish crispy paneer fingers with coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve.
