Ingredients

  • Grated coconut 1 cups

  • Milk 1 1/4 cups

  • Sugar 1/4 cups

  • Semolina 1 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Almonds powdered(if u wish ) 20 nos

  • Ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    In A Heavy Bottom Pan, Add Milk & Coconut.Boil It In A Medium Flame, Do Stir Occasionally To Avoid Burning.

    After Milk Comes To Boil Reduce The Flame To Low & Cook Until All The Moisture Is Absorbed & Coconut Is Thick & Creamy Consistency.

    Add Sugar,Almonds Powdered & Cardamom Powder To It And Cook..

    Add A Handful Of Rava Into It & Cook Until All The Moisture Is Absorbed. Coconut Mix Will Be Thick And Crumbly In Consistency.

    Turn Off The Heat. Grease A Wide Plate With Ghee. Transfer The Coconut Mix On The Plate And Let It Cool.

    Make The Round Ladoo Balls.. Ladoos Are Ready To Be Served.
