Cut beef into small pieces.
Boil half glass of water in cooker and add beef, salt and a pinch each of turmeric and garam masala powders and mix well.
Cook under the lid for 4 to 5 whistles. Beef cooking time may very based on the meat quality. Do not over cook the meat
Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil in a kadai or a pan.
Add fenugreek seeds and then sliced onion.
Add salt, cover and let simmer.
Add chopped tomato. Let simmer, till the oil is separated.
Add all the powders and fennels
Saute, till it emits the aroma of getting roasted.
Add the beef pieces to this masala. :- Keep the stock. You may need it.
Mix the meat and masala well.
Add a bit stock, if the masala is too dry to be mixed.
Add 2 more tbsp of oil and saute.The longer you fry it,tastier it will be.
Garnish this with cilantro and tomato.
