Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups flour (maida,while kneading if needed add more flour)


  • 1 tsp yeast(active dry yeast)


  • 3/4 cups milk


  • 1 nos egg


  • 8 gms sugar


  • 50 gms butter


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Add the yeast to the flour
  • Add the egg and mix well.
  • Then add the sugar and salt.
  • Add the 3/4cup milk and mix well for 10-15 min.
  • Finaly add the butter and mx wellfor 10-15 min untill the dough become soft and non sticky.
  • Cover the dough and Let the dough sit for 1 hr or untill it become double the size.
  • Once it has risen mix it again and cut it into equal pieces.(6-7 pieces)
  • Then roll each one like a thick small roti or pan cake shape.
  • Put 1/2 tbsp of nutella into this roti or Pan cake shaped dough and pinching the edges
  • of the roti form a ball shape and again roll into a thick oval shaped roti.
  • Make small cuts using a knife on these roti and turn it.
  • Roll it length wise and join the edges.
  • Let it rest for 30 min.
  • Beat one egg and Brush egg on the top of each bread and then bake it for 15-20 min at 180 degree c.
  • till the outside becomes golden color.
