Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Flour (maida) (extra 50 gmfor kneading) 250 gms

  • Eggs 1 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Milk 50 ml

  • Water 30 ml

  • Active Dry Yeast(7 gram Packets) 1 nos

  • Sugar 15 gms

  • Butter(unsalted) 30 gms

  • Castor Sugar(to coat) 50 gms

  • Cinnamon Powder(optional) 15 gms

Directions

    Take a bowl add sugar, dry east, water, milk, salt,

    egg, mix it till the sugar melts.

    Add all purpose flour, mix it well make in to a dough and kneading

  • 04

    for 8 to 10 minutes and add butter again kneading for few minutes and rest it

  • 05

    for 30 minutes in a warm place, after 30 minutes knead fr sometime and again rest for 30minutes or untill the dough becomes doube the size.

    Take the dough and with help of rolling

    pin roll it into 1/4 inch sheet and cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter, transfer in to the tray, then rest for 10 to 15 minutes to rise.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the doughnuts

  • 09

    in a slow flame till brown in colour, take in a serving plate and sprinkle some casting sugar along with cinnamon on it.
