Ingredients

  • Sugar 50 gms

  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp

  • Castor Sugar(for caramel) 50-100 gms

  • Eggs 3 nos

  • Milk 500 ml

Directions

    Heat milk in a pan.

    Beat egg in a bowl with sugar.Add vanilla essence and mix it with milk and whisk well.

    Strain the mixture and keep it aside.

    For caramel - In a non stick vessel , put sugar and 1 tsp water and heat it on medium flame.

    Once suger starts melting, spread it all over the vessel. wait till suger turns little brownish in color.

    Remove the vessel from stove.

    Pour caramel into individual molds and set aside for 5-10min.

    Now pour your egg mixture into the molds and place them in a water bed (Place the molds in a big baking tray and pour hot water in it)

    and bake in the oven 180degree c for 45-55 mins untll it set

    Let it cool down a little bit, then put it in fridge for 3-4 hrs.

    Demold them carefully and Serve chill.
