Remove the shell of boiled eggs
Mix Besan, salt, chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste, soda and green chilli in a bowl.
Gradually add water and make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan
Poke the egg with a fork and then dip each egg into the batter and and deep fry in hot oil until
golden brown from both sides.
Once its ready carefully cut the egg pakoda into half and season it with pepper and chopped coriander and
Serve immediately with chutney and tomato sauce.
