Ingredients
Serves 3
Milk Powder 1 cups
Condensed Milk 100 gms
Cheese 50 gms
Pinch of Saffron infused in warm milk 2 tbsp
Milk 1-2 tbsp
Directions
In a pan add ghee and once its hot add the milk powder and stir continuously for few minutes.(Do it in a aw flame or you may burn the powder)
Once its mixed well add the condensed milk and mix well.Stir well in law flame.Add 1-2 tbsp of milk if its very sticky.
Stir well in law flame for another 10 min, once it forms a nice dough take out from the pan and let it cool down.
When it is warm grease your hands with some ghee and take a lemon size dough and roll into round and then flatten it
Garnish it with slices of Pista.
NOTES: You can Store it in the refrigerator for 1 week.
