Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Medium Ripe Banana(cubed) 2 piece

  • Small Onion Slice 3 nos

  • Green Chilies 2 nos

  • Coconut 1 1/2 cups

  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Curd 3 cups

  • Sugar 2 tsp

  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

  • Fenugreek 1/2 tsp

  • curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • Dry Red Chilies 2 nos

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Coconut Oil 1/4 cups

Directions

    Cook the diced banana with turmeric powder, chilli powder and small onions .

    Grind together coconut, cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and turmeric powder with less water to a smooth paste.

    Add the curd with coconut paste and give a quick mix.

    Add the curd coconut mixture to the cooked banana, let it simmer and Stir continuously.

    Add sugar if you want the curry to be more sweet.

    Stir continuously and switch off the heat before it starts boiling.

    Heat coconut oil in a small pan and crackle the mustard seeds,fenugreek,red chillies and curry leaves.

    Pour it over the curry.
