Marinate the prawns with salt,turmeric and lemon juice, set aside for half an hour.
Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and fry till its almost cooked ,take out and keep it aside.
Heat oil in another pan and add chopped garlic, ginger and spring onions white and green and saute for few minutes on high heat.
Add prawns, crushed red chilli flakes ad curry leaves mix well and cook for few minutes.
Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli tomato sauce and saute for 1 min on high heat.
Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves.
