  • 10 nos tiger prawns peeled and deveined

  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

  • 2 tbsp spring onions white and green chopped

  • 2 tsp red chilli flakes

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tbsp red chilli tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • Marinate the prawns with salt,turmeric and lemon juice, set aside for half an hour.
  • Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add prawns and fry till its almost cooked ,take out and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in another pan and add chopped garlic, ginger and spring onions white and green and saute for few minutes on high heat.
  • Add prawns, crushed red chilli flakes ad curry leaves mix well and cook for few minutes.
  • Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp red chilli tomato sauce and saute for 1 min on high heat.
  • Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves.
