Ingredients

  • Eggs(use more if required) 2 nos

  • onion 20 gms

  • Curry Leaves,julienne 6 piece

  • Salt and Pepper (add accordingly for taste) 10 gms

  • Coconut Oil 10 ml

  • Bread 3 piece

  • Chilly Powder,for chutney 1 tbsp

  • Coconut Oil (for chutney) 1 tbsp

  • Tamarind Pulp (for chutney) 1 tsp

  • Salt (for chutney) 20 gms

Directions

    For making chutney mix all ingredients

    Add water for consistency

  • 03

    Preparing egg, mix all ingredients and whisk until some bubbles form

  • 04

    Heat pan and add oil

  • 05

    Pour egg mixture

  • 06

    Small flame

  • 07

    Put bread slices on top of egg mixture

  • 08

    Flip bread after a few seconds. This is to make the egg attached to the bread

  • 09

    Put 1 teaspoon chutney on top of bread and chutney

  • 10

    Flip bread and omelet together
