Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 nos ripe papaya


  • 1 nos vanilla yogurt or any other flavoured yogurt of ur choice


  • 1 nos pear(cut to slices)


  • 15 nos blue berries


  • 1/4 cups granola


  • 2 tsp pecan and any other dry fruits or nuts


  • 2 tsp fresh mint leaves n edible flowers for garnishing (to garnish)

Directions

  • Cut the papaya into half length wise and remove the seeds
  • Keep the papaya halve on the serving plate
  • Pour whisked vanilla yogurt in papaya cavity
  • Top with blue berries
  • Sprinkle granola and other dry nuts or fruits on top
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves n edible flowers
