Wash and soak chana dal for 2 hrs and drain well.and keep this aside.
In a bowl mix both whole wheat flour along with desired salt and knead into soft dough by adding water.
Divide dough into equal portions and keep this aside.
Heat water in deep non-stick pan ,Make to Boil.
Add in chana dal and salt,mix this well.Cook this on medium flame till dal is cooked.
Strain this and keep this for cooling.
After cooled,blend this in a mixer into a coarse mix.
Take this mix in another bowl and add all remaining ingredients and mix this well.
Divide the stuffing to equal portions.
Flatten one portion of dough with a roller,like chapathi.
Place 1 portion of stuffing in centre of the circle and wrap this from all sides like a dumpling and seal it.
Again flatten it with roller.Sprinkle some wheat powder to avoid sticking
Heat and non-stick pan and cook this paratha on medium flame,use some oil if required.
Repeat this with remaining dough.
Yummy Paratha is ready.
