Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs paneer


  • 1 cups milk


  • 4 nos eggs(yokes and white separated)


  • 2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/4 cups almond powder


  • 1 1/2 cups sugar,powdered

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 190 degree Celsius.
  • To the powdered paneer add milk and make it to a paste by mixing it in a mixer.
  • To the paste add the yoke and mix it well along with powdered sugar.
  • Blend it well with almond powder.
  • Butter baking tray,and transfer the mix to it.
  • Beat the egg whites well and spray it slowly above the baking tray.
  • Oven it in 190 degree for 55-60 min.
  • When cooled keep it in refrigerator for some time.
  • Ready to Serve.
