Paneer 1/2 kgs
Milk 1 cups
Eggs(Yokes and White separated) 4 nos
Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
Almond Powder 1/4 cups
Sugar,powdered 1 1/2 cups
Pre-heat oven to 190 degree Celsius.
To the powdered paneer add milk and make it to a paste by mixing it in a mixer.
To the paste add the yoke and mix it well along with powdered sugar.
Blend it well with almond powder.
Butter baking tray,and transfer the mix to it.
Beat the egg whites well and spray it slowly above the baking tray.
Oven it in 190 degree for 55-60 min.
When cooled keep it in refrigerator for some time.
Ready to Serve.
