Clean the chicken pieces and marinate it with the ginger garlic paste for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in pan ,crackle mustard seeds ,add sliced onions,ginger and garlic,and saute it
To the mix add chopped tomatoes
When the oil becomes clear add chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala , saute well
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the mix and saute in low flames until water evaporates,
Add curry leaves
Before taking out from flame spread pepper powder and add hot sauce and stir well for another 5 min,add desired amount of salt to taste.
Serve hot
