Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rawa (suji)


  • 1 cups refined sugar


  • 5 tbsp ghee


  • 3 cups water


  • 10 piece badam


  • 10 piece kaju


  • 5 tbsp crushed cocont


  • 10 piece raisins

Directions

  • In a pan add ghee and let it be heaten up. Then add rawa and roast it till the color changes to light brown.
  • Now after the color changes add water and continuously stiring it add sugar and crushed coconut and stir it well.
  • Now when the halwa turned thick add sliced badam, kaju and raisins and then mix well.
  • Cook it for some more minutes.
  • Garnish it with dryfruits ans serve hot.
  • If you love gram flour you can add it also it will give a good taste.
