Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp soaked rice in water


  • 1/2 kgs milk


  • 1 tbsp milkmaid


  • 4-5 nos chopped cashew nuts


  • 4-5 nos chopped almonds


  • 2 nos motichoor ladoo


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • BOIL MILK IN A PAN
  • GRIND SOAKED RICE UNTIL COARSE AND POUR INTO THE MILK.
  • NOW ADD MILKMAID
  • SPRINKLE GREEN CARDMON POWDER AND STIR.KEEP COOKING UNTIL THE RICE.
  • NOW ADD SUGAR
  • FINALLY ADD THE MOTICHOOR LADOO AND COOK FURTHER.
  • ADD CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
  • POUR IN INDIVIDUAL BOWLS .SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS AND CRUSHED MOTICHOOR LADOO AND SERVE CHILL.
