Take a pan and add puffed rice and roast it till it gets a light brownish colour.
Now take it out and let it rest for half hour.
Now take a wok and add oil and peanuts now roast it till it also get brownish in colour .
Now in a big bowl add roasted puffed rice, peanuts, chaat masala, salt, and mix it well.
Your light evening snack is ready to be served.
