Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 cups flour(dry ingredients)


  • 1 tsp baking soda(dry ingredients)


  • 2 cups icing sugar(dry ingredients)


  • 1 tsp cocoa powder(dry ingredients)


  • 1 cups oil(wet ingredients)


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence(wet ingredients)


  • 1 cups butter milk(wet ingredients)


  • 1 cups beetroot puree(wet ingredients)


  • 2 cups whipped cream(icing ingredients)


  • 3 nos strawberries,sliced and chopped(icing ingredients)


  • 1 nos crumbled cake of red velvet cake(icing ingredients)

Directions

  • Take a cooker and add 2 beetrots and add 2 cups water and boil it till it gets 2 wistle. Now make its puree after pilling it.
  • Take a bowl and with the help of siever sieve cake flour and coco powder baking soda keepit aside.
  • Now take oil and sugar and mix well and now add vanilla esence into it.
  • Now take buttermilk and add beetroot puree and mix well and keep it aside.
  • Now mix dry ingredients into oil and sugar mixture and mix well and now beetroot amd buttermilk and mix well. Now take a tin and grease it with oil and put the cake batter into and put it into the preheated cooker which i have already filled with sand and purvorated plate for 20 min.
  • Now bake it for 30 min after that check ot with toothpick.
  • Icing time- Now take a bowl and add whip cream and whipp with the help of electrical blinder ( i used the sweet one ).
  • .Now take cake and slice it in two pieces now put some whipped cream and spread it
  • Now put the second slice and put cream and crum coat it and put it in freeze for 30 min.
  • Now do repeat the icing and decorate with strawberries.
  • NOTES:Serve it to your valentines . Happy valentines
