Ripe mangos 2 nos
Natural unsweetened yoghurt 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands 1-2 nos
Rose Water 2 tbsp
Blend all ingredients together. (I use mango pulp at times).
Add little milk to adjust consistency
Serve with ice cubes and garnished with small mango slices.
