Ripe Mango diced 1 cups
Whole Almonds 12 nos
Low Fat Milk 150 ml
Honey ,some to taste 2 tsp
Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours. Drain water and remove the skin.
In a blender, mix the almonds with adequate milk and blend till smooth.
Add the diced mangoes and rest of the milk; blend till smooth.
Drizzle with a small spoonful of honey, garnish with diced mango and almond bits.
