Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Ripe Mango diced 1 cups

  • Whole Almonds 12 nos

  • Low Fat Milk 150 ml

  • Honey ,some to taste 2 tsp

Directions

    Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours. Drain water and remove the skin.

  • 02

    In a blender, mix the almonds with adequate milk and blend till smooth.

  • 03

    Add the diced mangoes and rest of the milk; blend till smooth.

  • 04

    Drizzle with a small spoonful of honey, garnish with diced mango and almond bits.
