Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cups ripe mango diced


  • 12 nos whole almonds


  • 150 ml low fat milk


  • 2 tsp honey ,some to taste

Directions

  • Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours. Drain water and remove the skin.
  • In a blender, mix the almonds with adequate milk and blend till smooth.
  • Add the diced mangoes and rest of the milk; blend till smooth.
  • Drizzle with a small spoonful of honey, garnish with diced mango and almond bits.
