Condensed Milk 400 ml
Rose Water 1 1/2 tbsp
Pistachios 3-4 tbsp
Whipping Cream 150 ml
Dried Fruits Or Fresh fruits for garnish 2 tbsp
Mix condensed milk, rose water & pistachio powder in a bowl.
Whip the cream in a separate bowl till soft peaks are formed.
Gently fold the cream into the condensed milk mixture - do not mix vigorously. Very gently fold & mix everything.
Pour this mixture into moulds or bowls, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-7 hours. (I used disposable glasses).
Serving - Immerse the moulds in light warm water and tap on all sides. The Kulfi should gently slide out of the moulds.
Serve with fruits, nuts or fresh fruit slices.
This is coarse in texture and has a mixed flavour of pistachios & rose water. Reduce the amount of milkmaid if you prefer less sweet).
