Prawns Cooker Biriyani

Jeera Rice 2 cups
Prawns 1/2 kgs
Ghee 4 tsp
Bay Leaves 3 nos
Cardamom 2 nos
Cinnamon crushed 1 tsp
Cloves 3 nos
Star anise 2 nos
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 3 tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
biriyani masala 1 tsp
Pudina Leaves 1 cups
Coriander Leaves,chopped 1 cups
Green Chili ,sliced 3 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Curry Leaves 1 sprig
Tomatoes,sliced 2 nos
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Onion,medium sized,sliced 4 nos
Water 1/2 cups
Wash rice and soak for half an hour by adding salt.
In a bowl marinate prawns with ingredients from 4 to 19.
(bay leaves to salt)
In a pan saute half of the onion and tomatoes in 2 teaspoon of ghee and add it to the
marinade and mix well. Keep the marinade aside for 2 to 4 hours.
In a cooker add water and 2 teaspoon ghee.
Add the remaining onion and tomatoes as a layer.
Add the prawns marinade above that.
Add soaked rice as another layer
Close the lid and cook in high flame till 6 whistles.
Open the lid after pressure settles down, mix well and serve hot.
