Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 8 nos carrot(juicy tender carrot)


  • 500 ml milk


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 10 nos cashew nuts


  • 5 nos cardamom(elanchi)


  • 1 pinch saffron


  • 10 nos raisins(kismis)


  • 2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Grate the carrot into small
  • Add 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan and cook the carrot for 3 to 4 minutes
  • Add the milk , then mix the sugar , cardamom powder , 1 teaspoon ghee and stir on low flame still evaporate all milk. Halwa is ready
  • Decorate with cashew , raisin and saffron at end and serve.
