Directions

  • Baked Salmon with creamy puree and Onion Garlic sauce
  • For Baked Salmon:Marinate the fish and keep it aside for some time.
  • In a hot pan add butter and sear the skin side of the fish for 2 minutes. Transfer the fish into the oven( I used air fryer @ 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes) and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • For Sauce:Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onion and garlic. Add balsamic vinegar to it. Saute well.
  • After cooling, blend the ingredients with a creamy consistency. Add water to get the consistency you are looking for. The tangy sauce is ready.
  • To balance the taste, I prepared a violet potato mash and normal potato mash. I only added salt, pepper and cooking cream to prepare the potato mash.
  • I made a carrot puree, cauliflower puree and green peas puree to give different flavors
