Ingredients

  • 1 nos avacado


  • 2 tbsp honey


  • 1 cups fruit cuts(banana, apple, mango,can be added according to your taste)


  • 10 gms butter


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 5 nos orange pieces


  • 1/4 cups pomegranate


  • 2 nos wrap sheet/ chapati/ roti/ kuboos

Directions

  • Take half piece of avocado and make it to a paste. Add honey and mix well.
  • Take a pan ,add butter and sugar, caramelize it and saute fruits in it till light brown color.
  • Now take the wrap sheet, apply avocado honey spread.
  • add caramelized fruits . spread few orange pieces over it for acidic flavor and lastly pomegranate.
  • wrap the sheet , slice to 2 halves and serve.
