We have few steps to make our triple treat.
Take a pan, saute chopped boneless chicken in oil with salt, nutmeg, pepper powder. Cook well and keep aside.
Grind well the soaked cashews, pour it to a bowl. Now grind the cooked chicken pieces and mix with the cashew paste.
Clean the blender and add soaked dal and grind for 3 seconds, should not make it a paste, we need a semi crushed form, add all purpose flour, green chillies and ginger garlic paste and coarse grind for 3 sec more. Hand crush the curry leaves and mix with the dal.
Mix little salt with the grated carrots and keep aside.
Now the filling Process
Make a small ball of cashew chicken mix, make a hole and fill grated carrots at the center form to a ball again.
Now cover the whole ball with the dal/lentil crush .
Deep Fry the balls till golden color.
Keep aside.
For the Dip
Blend ripe mangoes with chilli powder , salt and pinch cardamom powder. Sweet, tangy spicy dip is ready.
