Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/4 cups chicken,boneless


  • 1/4 cups cashew soaked for 15 minutes


  • 1/2 cups lentil/dal


  • 1/4 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 2 nos green chili ,chopped


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 nos curry leaves


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1 nos ripe mango peeled and sliced


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • We have few steps to make our triple treat.
  • Take a pan, saute chopped boneless chicken in oil with salt, nutmeg, pepper powder. Cook well and keep aside.
  • Grind well the soaked cashews, pour it to a bowl. Now grind the cooked chicken pieces and mix with the cashew paste.
  • Clean the blender and add soaked dal and grind for 3 seconds, should not make it a paste, we need a semi crushed form, add all purpose flour, green chillies and ginger garlic paste and coarse grind for 3 sec more. Hand crush the curry leaves and mix with the dal.
  • Mix little salt with the grated carrots and keep aside.
  • Now the filling Process
  • Make a small ball of cashew chicken mix, make a hole and fill grated carrots at the center form to a ball again.
  • Now cover the whole ball with the dal/lentil crush .
  • Deep Fry the balls till golden color.
  • Keep aside.
  • For the Dip
  • Blend ripe mangoes with chilli powder , salt and pinch cardamom powder. Sweet, tangy spicy dip is ready.
