Ingredients

Serves 4

  • All Purpose Flour 1 cups

  • Butter(Room Temperature) 1/4 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 100 gms

  • Baking Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Rose Extract 1/2 tsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Custard Powder 2 tbsp

  • Tooti Frooti 50 gms

Directions

  • 01

    Sift All purpose flour, Baking powder and custard powder.

  • 02

    Blend sugar and butter until creamy.

  • 03

    Add rose extract, tootty fruity and Cardamom powder.

  • 04

    Gradually add the sieved flour little by little by mixing properly.

  • 05

    Using cling film , roll the dough into a log. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Cut into slices and bake at 180 degree till done.
