Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1/4 cups butter(room temperature)


  • 100 gms powdered sugar


  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp rose extract


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tbsp custard powder


  • 50 gms tooti frooti

Directions

  • Sift All purpose flour, Baking powder and custard powder.
  • Blend sugar and butter until creamy.
  • Add rose extract, tootty fruity and Cardamom powder.
  • Gradually add the sieved flour little by little by mixing properly.
  • Using cling film , roll the dough into a log. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cut into slices and bake at 180 degree till done.
  • Enjoy.
