Add the gelatin powder in little water and allow to dissolve.
In a pan add the dissolved gelatin powder with water and allow to boil, and add the orange juice & sugar, orange zest, boil till the sugar get dissolved...
switch off the flame & transfer the content into the silicone moulds...
Refrigerate for 1 hour...serve chill
