Chicken (boneless) cut into bite sized pieces 300 gms
Spring Onion Bulbs sliced(white part) 3 nos
Spring Onion,green chopped 3 nos
Carrot cut into chunks 2 nos
Bell Pepper/Capsicum sliced 1 nos
Ginger Crushed 2 tsp
Garlic Crushed 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Flakes 1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Chilly Garlic Sauce 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
Lime /Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Salt some to taste 1 tsp
Oil 100 ml
Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and lime juice and keep aside for 15 mts.
In a mixing bowl, mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper powder and sugar.
Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown on each side. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep aside. To the same pan, add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli and saut? for few seconds.
Add spring onion white, capsicum, carrot and fry till the vegetables are tender.
Add red chilli flakes and mix well.
Now pour the sauce mix and cook on medium flame till the sauce thickens.
Add fried chicken pieces, mix well and cook further for few minutes.
Add spring onion greens, mix well and remove from the heat.
NOTES : Serve hot with chapathi/Roti/Nan/Rice.
