Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gms chicken (boneless) (cut into cubes)


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 4 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  • 1 tbsp chilly-garlic sauce


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 5 nos garlic sliced cloves


  • 1 tbsp ginger,julienne


  • 4 nos spring onion ,white sliced stacks


  • 2 tbsp spring onion,greens chopped


  • 1 pinch bell pepper / capsicum diced


  • 1 nos carrot cut into bite size


  • 1 pinch salt some to taste


  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, ? tsp pepper powder, salt and keep it for 30 mts.
  • Mix together the soya sauce (2 tbsp), white vinegar, chilli-garlic sauce and sugar. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Once the wok starts smoking, reduce the flame and add chicken pieces and fry until slight brown. Remove from the fire and keep aside.
  • To the same wok (add oil if required and heat), add spring onion white, carrot, garlic, ginger and fry for few seconds on high flame.
  • Add capsicum, salt, ? tsp pepper powder and saut? for few seconds.
  • Add sauce mixture and mix well.
  • Add fried chicken and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then remove from the fire.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens.
  • Serve hot with Roti/ Kuboos with garlic sauce & Hummus.
