Chicken (boneless) (Cut into cubes) 300 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Lime Juice 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Chilly-Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Garlic Sliced Cloves 5 nos
Ginger,Julienne 1 tbsp
Spring Onion ,white sliced stacks 4 nos
Spring Onion,greens chopped 2 tbsp
Bell Pepper / Capsicum diced 1 pinch
Carrot cut into bite size 1 nos
Salt some to taste 1 pinch
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, ? tsp pepper powder, salt and keep it for 30 mts.
Mix together the soya sauce (2 tbsp), white vinegar, chilli-garlic sauce and sugar. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Once the wok starts smoking, reduce the flame and add chicken pieces and fry until slight brown. Remove from the fire and keep aside.
To the same wok (add oil if required and heat), add spring onion white, carrot, garlic, ginger and fry for few seconds on high flame.
Add capsicum, salt, ? tsp pepper powder and saut? for few seconds.
Add sauce mixture and mix well.
Add fried chicken and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then remove from the fire.
Garnish with spring onion greens.
Serve hot with Roti/ Kuboos with garlic sauce & Hummus.
