Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Oats 2 cups

  • Peanuts(broken) 1 cups

  • Sesame Seeds 1/4 cups

  • Cashew nuts(broken) 1/4 cups

  • Grated Coconut 2 cups

  • Green Cardamom 4-5 nos

  • Dry Ginger(small piece) 1 nos

  • Jaggery Syrup 4 cups

  • Ghee 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 tsp

Directions

    Grind together green cardamom, dry ginger, sugar and make a fine powder. Keep aside.

    Heat a pan and dry roast Sesame seeds, Oats and Peanuts separately till it becomes crisp. Remove and keep aside.

    To the same pan add grated coconut and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame

  • 04

    Add the melted jaggery and mix well and saut? for few seconds.

    Add Oats, Sesame seeds, Peanuts and mix well.

  • 06

    Heat ghee in a pan, add broken cashew nuts fry for few seconds and pour this to Oats mix.

    Finally add Cardamom-dry ginger powder and mix well.

    Allow the dish to cool down slightly then serve.
