Soak the cleaned and washed kudampuli in half cup of lukewarm water. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds.
Add garlic and saut? for a minute.
Add sliced onion and saut? until translucent.
Add red chilli flakes and pepper powder, mix well and saut? for few seconds.
Add sliced bell pepper, mushroom and salt. Mix well.
Add soaked kudampuli. Mix well and stir fry until mushrooms are turning gold brown (no need to add additional water).
Add soya sauce and stir fry for about 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
Serve hot with Roti/Rice.
