Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms button mushroom sliced


  • 1 nos bell pepper/capsicum sliced


  • 2 nos onion sliced (medium size)


  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped


  • 1 nos kudampuli/gambooge


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 tsp salt- to taste


  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Soak the cleaned and washed kudampuli in half cup of lukewarm water. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter cumin seeds.
  • Add garlic and saut? for a minute.
  • Add sliced onion and saut? until translucent.
  • Add red chilli flakes and pepper powder, mix well and saut? for few seconds.
  • Add sliced bell pepper, mushroom and salt. Mix well.
  • Add soaked kudampuli. Mix well and stir fry until mushrooms are turning gold brown (no need to add additional water).
  • Add soya sauce and stir fry for about 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Serve hot with Roti/Rice.
