Clean and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, add chicken and butter milk. Mix well and keep it for 30 minutes. Then take out the chicken from butter milk and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, Lemon juice and salt. Keep it for 1 hour.
Mix together All purpose flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Add chicken pieces to this flour mixture and mix until the chicken pieces are well coated. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg white then roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Take out on absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
