Wash the broccoli in water, drain and finely chop the florets.
Crush together grated coconut, garlic and a pinch of turmeric powder.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves and saut? until the onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
Add chopped carrot and broccoli and salt. Mix well. Cook for about 2-3 minutes (no need to add water).
Add crushed coconut, mix well and cook till the broccoli is tender.
Add grated paneer and stir fry for a few minutes or until the thoran is dry.
Serve hot with Chappathi/Roti/Rice.
