Marinate the chicken with Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tbsp of light soya sauce, Garam masala powder, 1 tbsp of red chilli paste, egg and corn flour. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep bottomed frying pan and deep fry the chicken (in batches) till they turn golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add the garlic and spring onion and saut? for few minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of red chilli paste, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and stir for about a minute.
Mix one tablespoon of cornflour in about half a cup of water and add it to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Reduce the heat and add honey, chicken pieces and salt. Toss well and make sure that the chicken pieces are fully coated. Switch off the heat.
Garnish with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
Serve hot.
