Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms paneer cut into cubes


  • 1 nos onions(finely chopped)


  • 2 nos green chili ,chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger ,chopped


  • 2 tsp garlic,chopped


  • 1 nos curry leaves


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 3 nos green cardamom


  • 3 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 2 tsp black pepper powder(adjust according to your taste)


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 4-5 tbsp coconut milk(thick)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves. Fry for few seconds.
  • Add fennel seeds and allow them to splutter.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add onions and fry until golden brown.
  • Add ginger, garlic, green chilli and saut? for few minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and fry for a minute.
  • Add paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add thick coconut milk, mix well and switch off the heat.
  • Serve hot with Roti/Rice.
