Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Paneer cut into cubes 250 gms

  • Onions(finely chopped) 1 nos

  • Green Chili ,chopped 2 nos

  • Ginger ,chopped 2 tsp

  • Garlic,chopped 2 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 nos

  • Green Cardamom 3 nos

  • Garlic Cloves 3 nos

  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder(adjust according to your taste) 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut Milk(thick) 4-5 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, green cardamom and cloves. Fry for few seconds.

    Add fennel seeds and allow them to splutter.

  • 03

    Add curry leaves.

    Add onions and fry until golden brown.

  • 05

    Add ginger, garlic, green chilli and saut? for few minutes.

  • 06

    Add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder and fry for a minute.

    Add paneer and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add thick coconut milk, mix well and switch off the heat.

  • 09

    Serve hot with Roti/Rice.
