Canned Tuna (I Used Canned Tuna In Water) 250 gms
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
Coconut Bits (Thenga Kothu) 1 tbsp
Onion Finely Chopped 1 nos
Green Chilli Chopped 3 nos
Ginger Chopped 2 tsp
Curry Leaves 1 nos
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Powder 1/8 tsp
Salt To Taste 1 pinch
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
Squeeze out all the water from the canned tuna.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
Add coconut bits and fry for few minutes.
Add chopped onion and fry till translucent.
Add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and saut? for few minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, fenugreek powder and fry for few seconds.
Add tuna along with enough salt. Mix well and stir fry for 5-6 minutes (To avoid sticking to the bottom drizzle little oil). Cook until it is dry and brown. Remove from the heat.
Serve with Roti/Chapati/Rice.
