Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Canned Tuna (I Used Canned Tuna In Water) 250 gms

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Coconut Bits (Thenga Kothu) 1 tbsp

  • Onion Finely Chopped 1 nos

  • Green Chilli Chopped 3 nos

  • Ginger Chopped 2 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Fenugreek Powder 1/8 tsp

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

  • Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

    Squeeze out all the water from the canned tuna.

    Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.

  • 03

    Add coconut bits and fry for few minutes.

  • 04

    Add chopped onion and fry till translucent.

  • 05

    Add green chilli, ginger, curry leaves and saut? for few minutes.

  • 06

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, fenugreek powder and fry for few seconds.

    Add tuna along with enough salt. Mix well and stir fry for 5-6 minutes (To avoid sticking to the bottom drizzle little oil). Cook until it is dry and brown. Remove from the heat.

    Serve with Roti/Chapati/Rice.
