In this dish, I have not added Ajinomoto. If you want you can add little Ajinomoto to get restaurant flavour.

Ingredients
Serves : 2
4 cups basmati rice (boiled & cooled)
1/2 cups boneless chicken shredded (boiled with little salt and black pepper powder)
2 cups finely chopped mixed vegetables(i used carrot, french beans, capsicum, cabbage)
1 tbsp garlic,finely chopped
3 tbsp spring onion white chopped
2 tbsp spring onion greens chopped
1 nos egg
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch salt to taste
2 tbsp oil(i used olive oil)
Directions
Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and spring onion white and saut? for a minute.
Add mixed vegetables and saute for about two minutes on high flame. Place the vegetables to one side and make a space in the wok to scramble the egg. Add the beaten egg, salt, pepper powder and scramble it well, then mix together with vegetables.
Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
Add the boiled rice, soy sauce, black pepper powder and mix well and switch off the flame.
